Sweetie Pie by Barbara Elmore The hair in the delightful piece by Barbara Elmore is made with Sparkles, am exciting new thread from Sundance. (Sundance also distributes the canvas.) It’s a sparkly, wide mesh tube that is available in 12 colors.
